Reopening an Audit Phase

An audit phase can only be reopened when the audit is in the Perform Audit step.

1. From the Audit record, click Other Actions > Reopen Phase.
   Result: The Reopen Phase window is displayed.
2. Enter a reason for reopening the phase in the Rationale field.
   
3. Click the Sign-off button.
   Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
4. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
   Result: The Audit is routed back to the Prepare Audit phase.
